Designs are processed on first come first serve basis. Turnaround time is as per the plan you have purchased.
No. You cannot cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription.
If your design quota is exhausted by the end of month you can re purchase the plan as per your requirement. The New plan which you purchase is valid only for next 30 days.
No. Your allotted Quota for the month is limited to One month from the date of purchase. You cannot carry forward it to next month.
At present we design only in English, Hindi and Kannada Languages.
Yes. On purchase of Advanced and Corporate Plans, We give complimentary festive designs with your company logo. This is not available for Basic plan holders.
